At Little Wings Letters, every subscription is prepared with care, intention, and a little bit of magic. Because each letter is personalized and created especially for your child, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Refund Window
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that no letters have been prepared, personalized, processed, or mailed.
If your request is made within this window and your subscription has not yet entered processing, a full refund will be issued.
2. Once Letters Begin
Once the first letter has been prepared, personalized, processed, or mailed, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
This is because time, materials, printing, and postage are allocated specifically to your child’s subscription at that stage.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals (if applicable). However, payments already made are non-refundable once processing or mailing has begun.
For example, if you purchase a 6-month or 12-month plan and cancel partway through, no refund will be issued for unused months once fulfillment has started.
4. Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or lost mail resulting from incorrect or incomplete mailing information provided at checkout.
Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your order. If an error is discovered, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
5. Lost or Delayed Mail
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or missing mail caused by postal services or other third-party carriers.
However, if an issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve it fairly.
