Little Wings Letters is a monthly subscription service that delivers encouraging, imagination-based letters to children by mail. Each letter is designed to help children feel seen, valued, encouraged, and supported through imagination, kindness, and meaningful connections.
Our letters are created for entertainment, emotional encouragement, and confidence-building. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.
2. Subscription Agreement
When you subscribe, you are purchasing a recurring monthly service (6-month or 12-month plan depending on your selection). Subscription pricing and billing details are displayed during checkout.
3. Parent or Guardian Responsibility
All subscriptions must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are responsible for the child receiving the letters.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including the child’s name and mailing address. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Responsibility
Letters are sent through standard postal services. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal delays, and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
Once letters have been shipped, delivery timing and postal handling are outside of our control.
6. Content Purpose
All letters are written in a gentle, imaginative style intended to encourage confidence, kindness, creativity, and emotional connection. Our goal is for each child to feel remembered, important, and a little more seen in their everyday world.
7. Changes to Service
We may occasionally update or improve the format, delivery schedule, or content style of the letters. Any changes will always maintain the heart of the service: kindness, encouragement, and connection.
